ApplySpainVisa is a document preparation and organization service. We are not lawyers or accredited agents and do not provide any legal, immigration or professional advice of any kind.
1. Nature of the service
ApplySpainVisa provides self-management tools — correct official forms, checklists and guides — to help users organize their Digital Nomad Visa application in Spain.
This service does not constitute legal, immigration, tax or any professional advice, and creates no lawyer-client relationship between ApplySpainVisa and the user.
2. What we are not
- We are not a law firm or a specialist immigration practice.
- We are not an accredited agency or legal representative.
- We do not act as agents before any public administration on behalf of the user.
- We do not provide regulated services under Law 34/2006 on access to the professions of Lawyer and Procurador.
3. Authority decisions
The favourable or unfavourable outcome of any visa or residence application rests exclusively with the competent Spanish authorities:
- Unidad de Grandes Empresas (UGE-CE), for applications from within Spain
- Spanish consulates and embassies abroad, for applications from outside Spain
ApplySpainVisa has no influence or relationship with these bodies and cannot guarantee the outcome of any application.
4. When to consult a professional
We recommend consulting a lawyer specializing in immigration law if:
- Your immigration or employment situation is complex or atypical.
- You have had previous administrative irregularities in Spain or another country.
- You need legal representation before the administration.
- You have questions about how the current regulations apply to your specific case.
5. Limitation of liability
